FIRST LIGHT

First Light 2024 is November 21 to December 8, Thursdays through Sundays, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at both Sainte-Marie among the Hurons and Martyrs' Shrine

Now in its 24th year, First Light is an award-winning, must-see holiday event with a great lineup of family activities and live musical performances, all amidst the spectacular glow of thousands of candles.

How to buy tickets: From the menu below, select the date you wish to attend, and how many adults, seniors, students and youth tickets you want to purchase. ***Please note that all sales are final.** Patrons wishing to book a holiday meal should purchase an admission/dinner package through Restaurant Sainte-Marie and not here online.

Free admission: Children 5 and under get in for free. The following groups also don't have to pay admission, but must present valid ID at our admission express lane upon arrival: First Nations, Métis and Inuit people; season pass holders; members of the Canadian Armed forces; a support person accompanying a paid guest with a disability. Please only add paid admission to your order.

Want to save money? If you typically visit Discovery Harbour and/or Sainte-Marie among the Hurons two or three times a year, check out our season passes ! For just $35, tax included, you get unlimited admission to both historic sites, including most special events!
