Experience comfort and history with an overnight stay in one of our brand-new, four-season cabins—nestled beside the historic grounds of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, along the picturesque Wye River. Each climate controlled cabin offers a rustic, inviting atmosphere for up to six guests. Step outside to your private firepit for peaceful evenings under the stars. Just a short walk away, you'll find modern washrooms and full shower facilities for your convenience.

On-site experiences: Each cabin booking includes a fantastic experience at Sainte-Marie among the Hurons. To check into these experiences, simply present your confirmation email at admissions. With the exception of spring tours, for which a time needs to be selected below, all of these tickets are automatically included in your stay.

  • Spring tours Weekends until April 26: Join some of our most seasoned historical interpreters in an exploration of this iconic historic site. Please select your spring tour timeslot when booking your cabin below.
  • National Indigenous Peoples Day June 18 and 21: On June 18, join us for a Day of Learning with dancing, drumming and demonstrations. On June 21, celebrate the game of lacrosse.
  • Hometown Harvest Festival October 10 to 12: Celebrate the beauty and bounty of autumn season this Thanksgiving weekend! Bring your family for historic activities, barn tours, and an extensive artisan market.
  • Living history at Sainte-Marie daily May 2 to October 9: Experience life at this 17th century French Jesuit mission in the heart of Wendake. Guided tours are available on select dates for an additional $5 per person, taxes included.

Availability varies by season: We look forward to expanding availability over the fall and winter! Keep checking our website for details.

Minimum stay requirements vary by season. From July 1 to September 6, a two-night minimum applies. Outside of peak summer season, cabins are available with a one-night minimum stay.

Capacity varies by cabin: Cabin C1 (Bear) includes a double bed and a double pull-out sofa, with a maximum capacity of 4 people. Cabins C2 and C3 (Turtles and Wolf) include bunk beds for four and a double pull-out sofa, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Late bookings: If you book after 5 p.m. for the same night, please note that wood or campfire supplies will be delivered the following day.
